Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your shopping experience and our products.
If for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase provided the product is new and unworn in the original box within 20 days of receiving your order. Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable.
To return your product, please email us at sales@glamourgirlshoes.com with RETURN/EXCHANGE in the subject line. Please include your name, date of purchase and the reason for your return. Include a copy of your email with the return; without this information, your refund cannot be processed. Returns will be processed within 5 days of receipt. It is recommended that you ship your package back with delivery confirmation as we are not responsible for lost packages.
If you would like to exchange your product, please email us at sales@glamourgirlshoes.com with RETURN/EXCHANGE in the subject line. Please let us know the item that you would like to exchange for so we can hold it for you. You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange. It is recommended that you ship your package back with delivery confirmation as we are not responsible for lost packages. Once we receive your product back, you will be emailed an invoice to cover any difference in price of the products along with return shipping to ship your new item to you.
